It has been two months training in Sanshinkan Mma FitZone Academy . Main coach Abhishek Sir is very professional and his training method is very unique. Privileged to train under such a wonderful man as well as coach.
Joined a week ago and I feel a lot heathier! The coaches here or I should say sensai are great! They train you with a smile and train you well!! For fitness seeking people this is must go place and trust me after my session here I go to office straight from here !! This tells u the routine and training plans!! I feel I should have joined thus earlier!!!
I've been going to this martial arts dojo for almost 3-4 months now. Whether you want to stay fit, learn to defend yourself, want to learn a different martial arts form, or all of the above, this is a good place to do it in. The coaches are helpful, patient and motivating. All in all, a good experience.
All coaches are good...professional environment...even in group training it feels like personal training...so much attention is given to all the trainees
