This high intensity class will teach you the fundamentals of martial arts while improving your speed, endurance and agility which enhances movements of punches,stances,kicks,blocks,maintaining body balance.Its a high intensity, high volume, full-body workout class. Shadow training,heavy bag workout,advanced target practises intense body conditioning & toning enhancing refined combinations ,combination of various drills , strength, agility,cardio and endurance training, through circuit training,battling with ropes laws of competition in sports martial art.
Equipments Used in the drills– Work on your total body from head-to-toe with a variety of equipments available here that are TRX suspension band,medicine balls,tyre drills,battling ropes,resistance bands,free weights many more.
