Level 1 : Three sessions per week for an hour.(M/W/F or T/T/S days)
Level 2 : Three sessions per week for two hours.(M/W/F or T/T/S days)
Consists of light warm up,head to toe exercises,fundamentals of martial arts.Techniques like punches,kicks,footwork,self defense drills and basic ground knowledge.Shadow training,body conditioning and strength training. Concluding with cool down & stretching to prevent muscle cramps then abs and meditation.Demonstration of the technique or combination for the day would be on striking, ground and body conditioning.(Students are taught to coordinate mind and body) Suitable for all ages.
Equipments Used in the drills– Work on your total body from head-to-toe with a variety of equipments available here that are TRX suspension band,medicine balls,tyre drills,battling ropes,resistance bands,free weights many more.
